Spooky Fun!!

This past week has been a blast with all the fun, fall, spooky activities!! First, some of my girlfriends took our kiddos to Gardner Village for the Wee Witches Night. It was so fun seeing all the kids in there cute costumes! The weather was great, and we had a lot of fun packin' our babes around! :)

Next.... The goose gals went on a Ghost tour of Salt Lake City! We went around the city to the most "haunted" places, it was "interesting" to say the least :)!!! It was great to hang out with all the girls and just have a good spooky time... Dontcha love our "ghostly" faces?!

Whata Guy!

I need to give a shout out to my sweet hubby! I am so blessed to have him as my guy, he is always so willing to lend a helping hand, and just when I think I can take all that I can handle plus more...he always asks... "What can I help you with ?" Whata guy huh :) Those words are just enough to help my through those rough Mommy moments. He surprises me in so many ways from mopping the kitchen floor, taking out the stinky trash, and having a hot meal on the table when I come home from work on Saturdays! He is such a WONDERFUL daddy!!!! He always is a riot with Brayden and makes him laugh so hard, he LOVES to do activities as a family, and it tickles me to death! I know that father son relationship is so strong between these two, it just melts my heart to see them together. In fact the other day I got a phone call from Brady saying "Guess what we just did Mom? We went to a movie together." I don't know why but it struck me as so sweet, thinking of Daddy and little Brayden sitting together in the big theatre. Dad was so prepared he packed snacks, juice, and the small diaper bag filled with all the essentials! I was very impressed and in fact I thought- Why didn't I think of doing that sooner? Way to go Babe!

Brady is such a hard worker, a true success in his work that at times it can be very challenging. I am so grateful for this man and his diligence to support, love, and nurture our family.

So a very big THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, you are lifesaver! I am a lucky gal to have him! Love you!

GUTS!!!

What a fun family activity, we carved Braydens first pumpkin! I know, it's early but we couldn't wait to introduce him to the good ol'pumpkin GUTS as we call them :) Daddy did the carving and showed Brayden all of the goodies inside. He had so much fun scooping the out the seeds and squishing the guts in his hands. By the time we were done he was covered in pumpkin and we had soggy seeds all over the floor. It was so much fun, that's what it's all about, making a big mess!! When the carving was complete we turned out all the lights and lit the candle inside. Sweet Bradyen wanted to see inside the pumpkin, up close and personal! It was pretty cute! Can't wait to do it again!

A Hunting We Will GO!!!

BEAUTIFUL!!

Welcome Home Daddy, you were missed!
The ultimate male bonding experience! Brady, my Dad, Gordon, and Curtis all went Elk Hunting... They had a good time..... cold, snowy, and muddy, but good! This is a trip the boys look forward to every year! Brady shot his Elk and returned successful, looks like our freezer will be full once again! Don't they all look so cute in their stylish orange?! :)

Couldn't be more perfect!

Brayden is such a great shopping buddy, Mom often drags him from store to store to store and he puts up with most every minute of it. But this shopping trip Brayden scored BIGTIME!!! I was on a hunt for yes, more furniture :) and I ended up at a secondhand store, I had Brayden in a cart and he started to yell and point, I thought he spotted this little horse on a stick (you know the kind that you pretend to gallop and ride on) NO WAY he shoved that thing aside and I was frantically looking around to see what his fuss was all about, sure enough 2 whole rows down was this motorcycle bike. I could not believe it! He spotted that so far away and I had no clue what all his yelling was about.... And now I know, I even laughed a little because this bike could not have been more perfect for our guy... SUCH A B-O-Y!!! He has not stopped playing with it, on it, off it, on it, off it, outside with it, pushing it, on it, off it..... Here are a few pic's, he is such a joy!!! So glad this little shopper has a good eye!!!

PIG PEN!!!!

All we need is a cloud of dirt following him around

Pig Pen at his finest

Can even look straight....

Look at that muddy face

Saturdays are a fun day for Brayden and Daddy, they get to spent a little quality time together while Mom is off to work. 90% of the day is usually spent outside which is completely fine by Brayden. These days consist of either washing the car, yardwork, or cleaning out the garage. This particular day Dad was putting in the finishing touches on the side yard, meanwhile Brayden was rollin' in the mud happy as a little piggy:) By the end of the night when I pulled in the driveway, he was so tuckered out. He could barley keep his eyes open but still wanted to play outside, I even caught him laying down on the dirty driveway. I just had to take a few pictures. Then we had a nice warm bath, and the bathwater??? Yes, black as black, I even had to take a toothbrush under his grimy little fingernails....

Saturdays are the best!!!

Fill these Boots...

Checkin' out his reflection in the stove....

So I bought these darling fire engine red goulashes at one of my favorite consignment stores that I frequent...Emilejayne :) They are too cute, yes a bit large now but they look perfect in his room. The other night Brayden all by himself (of course) put on the goulashes and came into the kitchen to show Mom and Dad, what a sweetie!! He wore them most of the night and kicked around the soccer ball with them on... Nothing stops this boy!!
